Jessica is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Human Resources, and over 22 years in the healthcare field as a Licensed Massage Therapist.   As an American Red Cross instructor, she is dedicated to teaching lifesaving skills. Her previous background also includes years of professional care as a full-time nanny and the experience of raising her own daughter, which instilled in her deep values of child safety, patience, and responsibility. Today, she combines her healthcare expertise with these real-world childcare insights to prepare future babysitters and responders to act with confidence, compassion, and skill in any emergency.
